Looking after day to day office activities like Email communication, Sending Quotes and coordinate with customers, Co-ordination with transporters, Dispatch activities, Dispatch documents generation, Filing documents, making entries in Tally, co-ordinate with Auditors etc.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and respond to customers’ requests
Generate quotes with the app and populate the CRM accordingly
Attend to Teams meetings booked from the website and follow-up
Support and work closely with area sales managers
Take care of all administrative tasks related to customers’ requests.
Organize and attend to local tradeshows if needed.
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls and emailing
Work with the global marketing department to manage brand, marketing initiatives and social media update on the market.
