Job Description
Office works on Computer. Should have Computer works familiar with Words, Excel basic knowledge. Good Communication .In time present and works. Must honest, talking skill, honest and hard worker. No mobile addictive. Ready for company skill development. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize files, documents, and records
Coordinate and communicate with different departments and stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business correspondences
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important information
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
