ROLE - BOOKING ONLINE TICKETS, BOOKING HOTELS, MAKING INVOICES ETC. HANDLING CUSTOMER THROUGH CALLS ONLY
Responsibilities:
Manage travel documentation – tickets, vouchers, invoices etc.
Handle all vendor communications and payments
Prepare traveler invoices and track payments
Verify travel expenses and process reimbursements
Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
Provide administrative support for operations team
Maintain organized records and files
Handle traveler inquiries and resolve issues
Prepare operations reports as needed
Skills:
Working knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel bookings, transport rentals etc.
Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
