Job Title: B2B Sales Representative - Corporate Gifting

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our corporate gifting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth within the corporate gifting event management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporations, businesses, and organizations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Marketing, and Procurement departments
- Present customized gifting solutions to meet client needs, including employee recognition, customer appreciation, and marketing initiatives
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of gifting products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in corporate gifting
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- 0 to 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the gifting or promotional products industry
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Any degree or related field
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies
- Certification in sales or marketing
- Familiarity with promotional products and gifting industry associations
