Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day customer technical support activities related to Security Systems (CCTV Systems, Access control systems)
• Attend to scheduled maintenance activities related to planned preventive maintenance of the above mentioned systems as per the schedules submitted to the customer.
• Responsible for installation, administration, configuration and testing of various security systems such as CCTV Systems, Access control systems.
• Knowledge of Intrusion alarm systems, Physical access control – such as DFMDs, HHMDs, Boom Barriers, X-Ray Machines etc. will be an added advantage.
• Provides response to emergency work requests, as and when corrective maintenance / technical support is required by the customers.
• Assist the Project Manager with developing, monitoring, and implementing standard operating procedures for maintaining and operating the various security systems.
• Perform facility surveys for system installation and make recommendations for the layout and location of network components, equipment, cabling, and wiring.
• Assist with developing pricing schemes with vendors for network components, equipment, cabling, and wiring for new implementations or upgrades.
• Maintain records of work completed and in-progress; and updates network documentation to record installations, upgrades, configurations.
• Manage security system management programs and prepare system status reports.
• Assist/Support other network related tasks/requirements as directed by management.  
• Available on-call & on-field to assist with trouble tickets as needed
• Manage projects and deliver on time with periodic status reports to management.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of CCTV & Access control systems is a MUST.
• Knowledge of other security systems such as Intrusion alarm system, physical entrance automation is good to have.
• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose/resolve network system problems.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex technical manuals and reference materials.
• Ability to assist with developing network security and related procedures; and assist with performing network management activities.
• This is an on-site role with travel requirements across Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane

Education & Experience:

·       Engineering – B.E/B.Tech / Diploma Holders OR

·       B.Com / Relevant ITI with more than 10 years experience working in similar roles may apply.

·       Any industry certifications will be an added advantage.

·       Min 2 years experience desired.
