Job Description: Australian Outbound B2B Website Process Caller
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Position: Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in Australia, promoting and providing information about our website services.
• Engage in B2B (Business-to-Business) communication to establish new relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
• Address client queries and provide detailed product or service explanations.
• Maintain records of calls, interactions, and feedback in the system.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.
• Work in coordination with the team to drive website engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of website services and digital products is a plus.
• Flexible and able to work in the specified shift timing.
