Associate System Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Skills:
At least 3-year experience working as a Major Incident Management team member. Practical experience handling Major incidents as part of the Major Incident Management team. Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
Optional Certification: ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly appreciated
Secondary Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills. Planning, organization, and management of the work. Precision, reliability, dynamism, and flexibility. Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Domain expertise:
Proven work experience as a Major Incident Management team member
Hands-on experience handling any Major Incident
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
