Job Description

Minimum Experience – 5 years onwards

CTC- Depending on the Experience

Location: Ankleshwar GIDC

Education: CA, ACCA, Major accounting degree

 

Key Aspects to keep in mind before applying:

Will report directly to Senior Management and Directors

 

Relevant Professional, Skills & Experience:

·       Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in audit or a Public Limited manufacturing company (preferably Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing Industry)

·       In depth knowledge of Ind AS accounting practices

·       Taxation, Costing, GST, Companies Act,

·       Must have knowledge of ROC document preparation & filling

·       Expertise in Advance MS Office, agility towards ERP implementation

·       Expertise in Data Visualization software, as well as willingness to learn new software skills

·       Strong written, verbal communication, and analytical skills

·       Able to handle multiple priorities and critical decision-making within tight time constraints

 

Key Responsibility

·       Responsible for end-to-end accounting and controllership activities. Overseeing the accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and administration.

 

·       FOREX management including hedging Forward Contracts and PCFC, EPC, as well as exploring efficient methods for treasury management

·       Knowledge about export billing, Duty drawback, and other export-related incentives

·       Setting up and developing SOPs, and DOAs for businesses for the effective running of a finance system

·       Working with external finance teams- CS, CA, and preparing Quarterly & Annual Financial results. Preparation of Annual Report, working along a cross-functioning team with Internal auditor, Statutory auditor, CS, and other parties involved in the preparation of the Annual Report

·       Prepare & Maintain project expense reports including detailed CAPEX reports for ongoing expansion & upcoming projects

·       Ensuring timely payment of TDS, Advance taxes, GST, and filing of tax returns as well as coordinating for refunds. Reconciliation of 26AS & GSTR2A

·       Financial controlling- month closing & MIS

·       Regular reconciliation of Customer and Vendor level accounting

·       Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports/statements

·       Implementing good governance practices for teams across the company
