Job Description

Urgent Vacancy for the position of Assistant Sales Manager - Field at Bharuch, Gujarat
Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Field
Experience: 6 Years and above in Field Sales.
Temperature Elements Chemicals Industry Projects and MRO.  
Skill: Good Communication in English, Gujarati, Hindi, MS. Excel.
Salary: Up to 8.00 Lakh Per Annum.  

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing sales plans.
Guide and train the sales team for optimal performance.
Track, report, and refine sales performance metrics.
Strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor the sales team’s daily activities and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing, product, and customer service departments.
Represent the company at industry events and gain market insights.
Monitor stock levels and predict future sales trends.
