Job Summary:
Shantha Group of Institutions is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor - Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, guiding clinical practice, conducting research, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in Physiotherapy.
• Develop and update course materials, assessments, and curriculum.
• Supervise students during clinical practice and internships, ensuring a high standard of practical training.
• Engage in research activities, publish findings, and participate in conferences.
• Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional service activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a college or university setting.
• Clinical experience in Physiotherapy is desirable.
• Strong communication, research, and student mentoring skills.
