This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Due Diligence at Nucleion Risk Consulting Pvt Ltd in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for conducting due diligence investigations, analysing and interpreting data, preparing detailed reports, managing client relationships, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation. The Assistant Manager will also assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Online Research: Leverage various research tools, databases, and sources to gather relevant information about companies, individuals, industries, and markets. This includes conducting deep dives into financial records, legal documents, regulatory filings, and industry trends.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Analyse findings to identify potential risks, including financial, legal, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that due diligence processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Report Generation and Presentation: Prepare detailed due diligence reports summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Present findings to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing insights that support informed decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, compliance, and operations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely updates.
