Job Description

Requirements:

Experience or fresher.

Interior 2d drafting on Autocad.

Proficiency in autocad is must.
Knowledge of working drawing.

Site visit and measurement.

Make as built drawings.
Google sketchup for 3d making and rendering software.

Strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs.

Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software.

Contribute to the creation and presentation of design proposals.

Research and apply building codes, regulations, and standards.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and cost estimation.

Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
