Job Description and Responsibilities tasks

• Provides financial information to management by preparing reports.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and other reports.
• Maintain purchase, sales and stock data
• Maintain updated database of vendors / suppliers.
• Ensure updated monitoring of recurring utility expenses & payments
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

Skill Set Required

•         Basic knowledge of operating computer

•         Proficiency in MS Office

•         Interest in accounting

Personal competences

•         Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounts majored subjects.

•         Good listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and Hindi.
