Job Responsibilities:
Provide career counseling and guidance to prospective students.
Promote and sell IT and professional training courses by understanding student needs and offering solutions.
Engage with potential students via calls, emails, and meetings to drive enrollments.
Conduct tele-calling for lead generation and follow-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
Meet sales targets by pitching courses and following up on leads.
Research market trends and identify new opportunities.
Assist students with admission procedures and documentation.
Work with internal teams to enhance counseling and sales processes.
Key Requirements:
0 to 3 years in counseling or course sales, preferably in IT training.
Proven sales record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tele-calling and lead generation experience.
Knowledge of IT certifications and training.
Goal-oriented, CRM experience preferred.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
