Manage the entire execution process for corporate clients for the stay requests pertaining hotels / apartments across the globe.
Will be the first point of contact for queries and booking requests of esteemed corporate clients across both online (website / chats) and offline platform (telephone calls).
Connect with various suppliers (Outbound Activity) through emails and calls, as per the booking requests received from client and submit relevant quotes to client for the stay.
Compare various offers and rates from suppliers and get the best deals for the guests.
Coordinate with internal departments at WWStay (e.g. finance team) to ensure there is no issue with payments related to bookings.
Contact the Property booked and ensure all booking details updated and recorded prior guest check -in during 24 hr and 04 hr outbound call.
