Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Artist Designer to create innovative and visually appealing designs across all products and services within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop original designs for products, marketing materials, packaging, and digital content that align with the company’s brand identity.
Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and create design concepts that meet project goals and timelines.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Prototype Development: Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand design needs and provide creative solutions.
Design that works for the products.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign),Sketch, or Figma.
Creative Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography with a strong attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in product design or industrial design.
Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.
