Role and responsibilities
- **Sales Targets**:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for delivering targeted sales numbers within the assigned area.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Utilize their product experience to effectively drive sales and provide solutions.
Must Have knowledge of AEPS, DMT, Utility recharge, MPOSE machine product.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and MDs.
- **Market Expansion**:
Identify and onboard new MDs to broaden market coverage.
- **Reporting**:
Regular performance monitoring and reporting, with adjustments made as needed to meet objectives.
Experience Requirement
- Candidates must have 2-3 years experience in Fintech Industry
- Prior experience in managing sales through retailers, distributors, and MDs is essential.
