Key responsibilities:

1. Plan the layout, design, and specifications in terms of space availability
2. Prepare, review, and coordinate changes in layouts
3. Conduct area analysis to prepare preliminary proposals and generate feasibility reports
4. Coordinate with principal architects, structural consultants, and service consultants for project construction drawings, MEP, structural, etc.
5. Understand estimation and tendering
6. Understand the drawings for BMC
7. Meet clients and solve spot problems on-site by interacting with site project managers and engineers
8. Interpret construction codes and standards
9. Report the progress to the management
10. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
11. Proficiency in DCPR 34 is essential
