Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing project administration throughout the project
2. Communicating with client for understanding their requirement
3. Verbal and written documentation of requirement and comments received from client
4. Open to give suggestion to client as per technical feasibility for their inputs
5. Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to Architecture team for further proceeding
6. Keep track of feedback , delivery and satisfaction of client through out the process
7. Maintain a good relationship with client and Architectural team for smooth process
8. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
9. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
10. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
11. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
12. Report and escalate to management as needed
13. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in architecture ( Fresher also )
2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
3. Creative problem-solving skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Good knowledge of CAD
