Job Description

Requirements:

Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD software.

Understanding of design principles, spatial reasoning, and geometry.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities may also include:

Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.

Collaborate with architects to understand project requirements and specifications.

Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.

Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and engineers.

Maintain accurate records of all drawings and plans.

Assist in the preparation of documentation for permit applications.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistency across projects.
