Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.

 Create and present design proposals using a variety of 2D CAD and 3D modeling software.

 Utilize 3D parametric modeling tools such as Rhino and Grasshopper to develop complex architectural forms.

 Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction.

 Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are executed according to design intent.

 Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

 Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.

 Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

 Proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., Auto CAD, Rev it, Sketch Up, Rhino, Grasshopper).

 Fluency in hand sketching and the ability to convey design ideas visually.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Experience with 3D parametric modeling in Rhino/Grasshopper.

 Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
