We are seeking a highly creative Architect and Interior Design with an experience of 1 - 5 years to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, an innovative mindset, and proficiency in various design software. They will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing Architectural and Interior projects that push the boundaries of creativity and functionality.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and creative architectural and interior design concepts.
Create visually appealing and functional designs that meet client requirements.

Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Demonstrate a strong ability to think creatively and push the boundaries of conventional design.
Bring fresh and unique perspectives to projects.

Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
Present design concepts effectively and incorporate client feedback.

Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced software tools, including [list specific software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.], to create detailed and precise design drawings.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse projects.
• Proficient in [Architectural design, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS MAX, Lumion Photoshop, Excel].
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
