Job Description
Our company deals in manufacturing to import and trading as well. We need a all-rounder assistant manager to handle the situation at the designated area or field also look after the betterment of the working efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operational tasks and oversee staff performance.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Train and mentor staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
Support the management team in planning and executing business strategies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
