Job Description

May have responsibilities and duties including Skills:
  • Greeting guests.
  • Acting in a professional manner at all times.
  • Using an EPOS system to process sales.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails.
  • Creating staff schedules.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Restocking supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers, airline staff, and other airport personnel.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of baggage and cargo.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Basic computer proficiency to operate airport systems and software.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
  • Knowledge of airport security regulations and protocols to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
  • Familiarity with operating airport equipment, such as baggage carts, forklifts, and tugs, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address passenger inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
