Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding.
Handle baggage processing, ensuring all items are correctly tagged and loaded.
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and terminal services.
Help passengers with special needs, including disabled travelers and unaccompanied minors.
Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor boarding areas and assist in boarding process.
Ensure compliance with all aviation and security regulations.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
