• To produce the supplied seeds/plants as per their capacity and quality standards.

• To prepare a harvest plan as per the demand of transportation and market and to get the crop harvested within the time limit and hand over the produce to the sales department after weighing it in the presence of the representative of the operation department.
• To give advice to the farmer for production on land other than vegetable cultivation, to get a plan made and to motivate him to purchase seeds, fertilizers etc. from the company and to sell the acquired produce as per the company's sales management plan.
• To prepare reports.
• Making sales bill.
• Getting/maintaining farmer diary.
• Maintaining soil testing report.
• Getting earthworm compost produced.
• Maintaining soil health through organic method like Neem khali, Akava etc.
• Maintaining pH.
• Roles and responsibilities will be assigned as per the circumstances or as per the requirement of the company.
• Performing any other task assigned by the CEO of the company.
