Agency Development Manager (ADM) responsibilities are :
To recruits agents and builds a team of agents.
Train and develop agents on commission basis.
Supervises the activity plans of agents to ensure they are being fulfilled. Also work with them to plan and review activities and goals.
Conducts activities to increase the number of existing agents and generate referrals for new agents.
Collaborates with partners to create joint business plans, set targets, and track progress.
It's a sales job. You are supposed to lead a team of sales people and work with them to achieve targets.
Some requirements for an ADM role include:
- A minimum of two years of sales experience for graduates and one year for postgraduates
- Having an own vehicle for non-metro cities.
- Retired person from any department are also eligible for this post
- Salary depends on your performance and experienced.
