Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to drive student enrollments and grow our customer base. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, building relationships, and helping potential students find the right courses that match their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email marketing, events, etc.)
• Identify, engage, and convert potential students into paying customers.
• Provide detailed information about TEKS Academy’s training programs and services.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Attend events and workshops to promote TEKS Academy’s offerings.

Qualifications:
