·         Guiding students towards suitable courses and clarifying doubts.

·         Offering comprehensive information to address student’s inquiries.

·         Decision-Making Support

·         Actively listening and empathizing with student's concerns.

·         Helping students gain deeper insights into their concerns.

·         Assisting students in making informed decisions and choices.

·         Refer students to additional support when necessary.

·         Participating in supervision, training, and personal therapy for professional growth

·         Assisting candidates in making informed decisions about course selection.

·         Explaining the importance of coaching classes for exam preparation.

·         Confirming admissions post-formal discussions and collecting contact details.

·         Providing fee details, document requirements, and course materials.

·         Ensuring candidates receive necessary brochures and information.

·         Maintaining records of enquiries and following up with candidates as needed.
