Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Maintain office supplies and oversee general office maintenance.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
