Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients as they arrive and provide them with appropriate information or direct them to the correct department.
- Manage phone calls and emails, answering inquiries, redirecting calls, and taking messages.
- Maintain records, schedules, and appointment logs for the office.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and office activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in any field is a plus).
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
