Admin officer required - part time/ full time. Work from home is also Okay . Job primarily involves working in excel / word, making travel tickets, making payments to vendors, coordinating with bank etc.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update client records using our database system.
Schedule appointments for caseworkers, technical officers, and contractors.
Provide administrative support for the preparation of reports, funding applications, and other documents.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Liaise with suppliers and place orders for office supplies as needed.
Assist in financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
