Need female candidate who is familiar with Microsoft Office like excel word email writings who can manage office admin work also, make the report and follow with the customer.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers
Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers
Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, taking messages, and providing general assistance
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Manage the office calendar and coordinate meetings and events
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain filing systems and databases
Monitor and order office supplies
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Coordinate travel arrangements
Provide customer service support
Assist with special projects as needed
