About the Roles & Responsibilities:
> Greeting clients efficient, courteous, and professional manner .
> Handling enquiry and clients calls.
> Managing appointment and customers.
> Managing Housekeeping staffs.
> Managing the inventory.
> Cash receiving & invoice raising.
> To handle all office administrative & other office management responsibilities.
> Ensure the office remains clean and works seamlessly with everyone.
> Manage data filing and invoicing and raise purchase requisitions.
> Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
> Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Schedule:
> 8 hour shift
> Day shift
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Qualification : Graduates freshers with degree / 1 yr experience.
English is must.(FEMALES REQUIRED)
