Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support roles, with expertise in digital signatures, tendering, GST filing, and company formation support.

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks with hands-on experience in digital signatures, managing the tendering process, GST filing, and supporting company formation processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Signature Management
o Obtain, renew, and manage digital signatures for company executives and authorized personnel.
o Ensure secure usage and maintain records of digital certificates.

2. Tendering Process
o Review and analyze tender requirements and assist in preparing proposals.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tenders.
o Monitor tender deadlines, submissions, and follow-up actions.

3. GST Filing and Compliance
o Prepare and submit accurate GST returns on time.
o Track GST payments, invoices, and maintain relevant documentation.
o Stay updated on GST regulations and ensure compliance.

4. Company Formation Support
o Assist with the documentation and filing requirements for new company registrations.
o Coordinate with legal and regulatory bodies to fulfill compliance obligations.
o Manage records of company certificates, registrations, and relevant amendments.

5. General Administrative Support
o Manage daily office operations, supplies, and administrative records.
o Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars.
o Support management with additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital signature processes, tender documentation, GST filing, and compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
