Job Description: This person would be the SPOC for Contact Care Center for any transport , facilities, security and HSE related topics/issues, Where employees can reach out to her, she in turn coordinates with local transport and facilities team, security team and HSE team.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage employee transportation, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Monitor employee on-time arrival and departure.
3. Resolve escalations promptly in collaboration with the facility team.
4. Conduct surprise checks on vehicles to ensure compliance and safety.
5. Check the quality of food in the cafeteria and provided feedback for improvement.
6. Assist employees in general administrative work, such as coordinating with technicians and the housekeeping team.
7. Collaborate with facility and HSE teams for event approvals and floor celebrations.
8. Facilitate arrangements for team events and other activities with the support of the facility team.
