A great Accounts manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal
candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to
actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage all accounting transactions
Making timely payments of utility bills.
Prepare ledgers and reconciliation with Debtors & Creditors
Prepare sales report & expense report
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as accounts executive or account manager
In-depth understanding of accounting procedures, compliances and policies
Familiarity with financial calculations & statutory compliances.
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
B.Com/M.Com in Accounts or relative field
