Objective

A great Accounts manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Manage all accounting transactions

 Making timely payments of utility bills.

 Prepare ledgers and reconciliation with Debtors & Creditors

 Prepare sales report & expense report

 Publish financial statements in time

 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

 Ensure timely bank payments

 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

 Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

 Audit financial transactions and documents

 Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

 Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements and skills

 Proven experience as accounts executive or account manager

 In-depth understanding of accounting procedures, compliances and policies

 Familiarity with financial calculations & statutory compliances.

 Proficient in MS Office

 An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

 A team player with leadership skills

 B.Com/M.Com in Accounts or relative field
