Responsibilities:
- Assist the Food Department's accounting team in managing financial records and transactions.
- Support senior accountants in bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining financial documents.
- Aid in basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in generating financial reports and analyses as needed.
- Participate in special projects and assignments related to the department's financial activities.
- Embrace opportunities to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute effectively to the accounting team.
