Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including handling debit notes, credit notes, vouchers, monthly statements, and invoices
2. Assisting in accounts receivables - invoicing to clients & keep track of outstandings
3. Supporting accounts payables - maintaining vendor invoice and payment Records
4. Participating in the preparation of chart of accounts, trial balance, Profit & Loss A/C, Balance Sheet
5. Assisting in the finalization of accounts and audit processes
6. Supporting Internal team in bank reconciliation and preparing statement reports
7. Creating various monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports
8. Supporting Internal team in preparation and documentation of statutory compliances like TDS, Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.
9. Supporting Internal team in various other accounting-related activities
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounts & Finance
2. Knowledge of compliance areas such as TDS, Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work in minimal supervision
5. Certification in MS Office & Advance Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP, Charts)
6. Willing to learn international accounting practices in India, Canada, UK, and USA
7. Exposure to get experience in using accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and Tally
