We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables, entering financial transactions, reimbursements, and follow-up.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Payables
• Bank Reconciliation
• Petty Cash
• Import/Export Documentation
• Customer Correspondence
• Banking Correspondence 
• Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare and submit financial statements and reports
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives
