 Job Description – Accountant

Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

 Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings in accordance with Indian tax laws.

 Proficiently manage GST calculations, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.

 Administer PF contributions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with PF regulations.

 Ensure accurate calculation and payment of PT as per state regulations.

 Manage ESIC compliance and related processes for employees.

 Utilize Tally software for efficient accounts management, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks.

 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws in all financial and accounting activities.

 Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

 Proven work experience in similar job role.

 Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Payroll, TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, Tally software, accounts management, statutory compliance, and labor law regulations in India.

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and labor laws.

 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
