JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring & maintaining accounting records (Sales invoices, Purchase bills, GST returns, Bank Statement & Credit Card Statement, Cash & Bank Vouchers)
• Monitoring Accounts Receivables & Payables
• Preparing & filing annexure for Monthly GST returns (Sales, Purchases, Credit Note & Debit Note)
• Entering monthly GSTR1 returns on GST portal
• Prepare monthly Salary Statements from ESSL (including OD & OT reports)
• Quarterly TDS filing
• Monthly Bank reconciliation statement
• Preparing Financial Statements - Monthly Trial balance and Profit & Loss statements & Cash Flow statements
• Working with company CA for compliance related activities, including but not limited to financial documentation & facilitate all statutory audits.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
• 5+ years’ Experience as professional accountant
• Business acumen & Accounting skills
• Knowledge of Accounting practices and Taxation laws
• Proficiency with computes & MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills
• Tally Prime
• TDS Filing
