Responsibilities:
Review and analyse call records and material flow for process improvements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal processes, identifying areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes audited.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in auditing, accounting, or internal process management.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
