Role Overview:
Handle all student inquiries, including telephonic, walk-in, and web inquiries.
Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students about our courses and programs.
Manage and drive the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in counseling or student advisory roles is preferred.
Ability to multitask and maintain a student-centric approach.
