Responsibilities:

1.Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess academic needs and goals.
2.Provide information on academic programs, course requirements, and educational resources.
3.Assist students in developing personalized academic plans and strategies for success.
4.Offer guidance on study skills, time management, and effective learning techniques.
5.Support students in navigating college admissions processes, including application and scholarship opportunities.

Skills:

Solid understanding of educational systems and curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders

Knowledge of career counseling and college admissions processes

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
