Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Outbound calling b2b business. Attend inbound calls. particularly for inquiries related to various courses and programs. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases.
Student Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students about course offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Admissions Support: Assist students in completing application forms, preparing necessary documentation, and understanding the admissions timeline.
Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with prospective students via phone, email, and other channels to nurture leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly call targets and revenue targets as set by the reporting officer.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the reporting officer on call outcomes and lead quality.
