Role and Responsibilities:
Counselling and Student Guidance
Provide detailed information to prospective students about our courses, curriculum, and training programs.
Understand the students' requirements and guide them in selecting appropriate courses.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to help students understand career paths and the value of different courses.
Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Sales and Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting leads into confirmed admissions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the student base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, enrollments, and communications.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and student feedback to the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Provide feedback and insights on student needs and market trends to enhance the course offerings.
Requirements
Individuals with good English communication skills interpersonal and presentation skills.
Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage.
Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners. Individuals
with the ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.
Sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what is offering to its
prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
Minimum of 100+ Dials every day
4 hours of talk time on an average per day
Weekly revenue targets to be met and overachieved.

6 days working (Sunday week off)
