Challenge: Zopper had recently acquired a software company – Easy POS for which they needed Sales support PAN India. The challenge was to hire 200 people in total out of which Phase 1 required approximately 50 people to be hired within 2 months. The expectations were to source people from Tier 1 as well as Tier 2 cities with excellent communication and prior sales experience. It was a Pilot project where the entire Leadership was involved in the selection process and Quality was non-negotiable.

Along with the tier 1 cities, mandate was to pull in resource up country – tier 2 and tier 3 locations. This was pilot project for TATA BSS and expecting huge projections this year.
