Job Title: Sales Executive/Sales Representative

Job Reporting to: SM, ASM, RSM OR Sr. Staff.

Job Requirement: 3-8 Year Experience in Aluminum foil/Disposable items/Fmcg Sales & Marketing

Education: Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or Relevant Field Experience.

Salary: 8k to 12/15k or not a constraint for right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Door to door Sales and Marketing.

2.       Visiting  to  the all Retails Outlets, Marts, Kirana  Shops, Offices, Wholesalers, Distributors , Ends Customers & Potential Buyers .

3.        Following the Sales Plan as per the directives of the Mgr.

4.       Dispatch the materials on time and Arrangement of all Dispatch Plan at Company.

5.       Report all the sales to the Seniors/Mgr.  On Daily Basis.

6.       Collection of cash and reporting of credit to the senior. Discussion on Priority Basis.

7.       Ensure the all the stocks, Distributors requirements, Competitors and Peers pricings, New Activities, New products launchings in the same geographical region.

8.       Arrange & executive promotional activities, Long terms Schemes, benefits & offers to the Customers.

9.       Carry out new retailers  expansions plans, Sharing new strategies, Trainings ,Update yourself, Adding new skills and used advance tools Viz-Social Media, facebook, E-platform’s to boost the Sales Revenue of the Company

10.   Meeting all the expectations of the Top Managements, Following all the Instructions given by the Mgt on Time to Time.

11.   Most Important is to maintain   the Company Repo, Personal Relationships, and Networking and best Behavior’s practices to seniors and colleagues.
