Role And Responsibilities:-
Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospective customers.
Conducting customer interviews.
To identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers from the identified target sectors.
Building relationships with existing clients and leads for business generation
Meeting Sales targets in terms of inflow, Cross Sell, Upsell and reference generation
Initiate and Maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting
Contacting and meeting the minimum number of leads/clients per day/week/month
Exhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutions
Passing Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basis
Acquire Key TASC customers of the market in collaboration with the Cluster/Circle Head TASC and the Branch Head of the respective Branch.
Develop and nurture trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
Identifying and communicating customer needs.
Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clients
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, the bank becomes the choice for their Investment and banking.
An interest in financial products and markets.
Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs
Establish quality profit-earning customer relationships within the target market
Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.
Maintain a high level of quality and consistency while proposing various facilities for the customer
Primarily deals with retail customers and offers them banking and financial advisory.
Apart from this, a relationship manager may also be required to supervise bank employees communicating with their clients.
Sound financial knowledge is a must for this role
Acquiring new clients for the company through its own references and leads provided by the company
Mentoring junior members of the team.
Responsible for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the Bank
Managing relationships with customers.
